Public signing-record lookup

Look Up a SubLien Signing Record

Paste the 64-character hash from the signing certificate of a SubLien-signed document, or choose the signed PDF to compute its SHA-256 in your browser. This page checks for a matching SubLien record and recomputes its stored audit-event chain.

A chosen PDF is hashed on your device and is never uploaded; only its hash is looked up. This page does not inspect a PDF's contents or embedded signatures, or decide signer authority, payment, insurance coverage, compliance, legal validity, or enforceability.

Hashed in your browser. The file is not uploaded.
How the record lookup works
01

Every document signed through SubLien stores a frozen HTML hash and a separate signature-event hash.

02

The recorded signer name and contact, IP address, timestamp, disclosure hash, and event hash are stored in an audit trail. Each stored event links to the preceding stored event.

03

Enter a hash from the signing certificate, or choose the signed PDF and your browser computes its SHA-256 without uploading it. SubLien locates the stored record, recomputes its event links, and reports whether it found a mismatch. It does not authenticate a person or inspect a PDF's contents.
