One COI reviewed or one lien waiver sent. W-9 collection, reminders, users, vendors and projects are all free, and so is a corrected certificate sent again for the same vendor in the same calendar month. The allowance is the only thing that changes between plans: Starter 80, Growth 200, Scale 600 documents a month.

Nothing is lost — your subs' uploads keep landing, and a certificate that arrives over the allowance is stored and reviewed the moment you add capacity, never bounced back to your sub. Sending new documents past the allowance takes a 10-document pack ($29), one click for an owner or admin in the app, or tell us and we'll move you up a plan.

Prices are displayed per month and charged on the period you pick: Starter is $597 billed once a quarter or $1,990 billed once a year, Growth is $1,197 billed once a quarter or $3,990 billed once a year, Scale is $2,397 billed once a quarter or $7,990 billed once a year. The annual option is ten months' price for twelve months of service. You pay by card or ACH from a secure Stripe link we send after your demo call — card opens your workspace the same day, ACH takes about a week to verify and clear — and renewals draw automatically on the payment method you set.

No long-term contract — only the billing period you choose. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel, at the then-current rate, with 30 days' notice of any price change; cancelling ends renewal at the close of the period you've already paid for. An owner or admin can export your records from the dashboard before closing the account.

No self-serve trial. The subscription prices are already published. The 15-minute demo is for running SubLien on your workflow, confirming the volume you need, and quoting the one-time onboarding setup before anyone asks for a card. There is no card required to book.

White-glove setup in your first week: we import your vendors from whatever you have, load the certificates you're already sitting on, set your minimums with you on a screen share, and send your first requests — including one to a test address so you see exactly what your subs see. A one-time onboarding fee applies; it is quoted on your call and added to your first invoice.
