Pricing questions
What counts as a vendor?
Only active vendors count, once across all your projects. Archiving a vendor cancels its pending requests, keeps its records, and frees the slot; restoring one needs a free slot. Integration suggestions do not count until added.
What happens at my vendor limit?
At capacity, archive or delete a vendor, or contact us to add capacity, before adding another. Existing requests, uploads, signing and reminders continue. There are no document-count limits for tracked vendors.
How does billing work?
Pay monthly, or annually with two months free — from $199/month ($1,990/year) for 50 vendors up to $1,099/month ($10,990/year) for 500. Above 500 vendors, pricing is custom. Every plan is arranged through a demo; there is no self-serve checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Request a full refund of your first annual subscription payment by emailing hello@sublien.com from your account email within seven days (168 hours) of payment. Renewals, later capacity additions and separately agreed services are excluded. See Terms section 8 for details.
Is there a contract?
Plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual billing period until you cancel, at the then-current rate, with 30 days' notice of any price change; cancelling ends renewal at the close of the period you've already paid for. An owner or admin can export your records from the dashboard before closing the account.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a guided demo instead of a free trial. The 15-minute demo uses your workflow and vendor roster to confirm your plan and billing.
