SubLien for Procore

Import selected projects and vendors from Procore. Create lien-waiver drafts from payment applications and direct costs, and check each vendor’s lien waiver, COI, and W-9 records without leaving Procore.

Completed records stay in SubLien, and SubLien never changes your Procore business data.

The connection

One connection, three useful moments

1

Choose what to track

Add the Procore projects and vendors you want in SubLien.

2

Create waiver drafts

Use payment applications and direct costs to prefill the vendor, project, amount and period.

3

Create lien waivers in Procore

Review and send the lien waiver from the side panel, then see whether the vendor has viewed or signed it.

The side panel

What the side panel is—and what it is not

A faster vendor check

See the waiver and COI record without opening another vendor spreadsheet. W-9 status is included.

A project-aware view

That vendor's waiver history and the COI records that apply to the project—no searching across jobs.

A human review surface

SubLien compares recorded certificate fields with the minimums your company set. Your reviewer decides what the differences mean.

Your Procore data stays put

Use Procore context to create drafts and check records — nothing in Procore is changed.

Quick answers

Procore questions

You can also run every core workflow without Procore — see the standalone lien waiver software and COI tracking software pages, or read why general contractors choose SubLien.

Do I need Procore to use SubLien?

No. SubLien works standalone with email and secure links. The Procore connection is optional and adds selected imports plus a side panel.

What does SubLien read from Procore?

The connection can read selected projects, vendors, payment applications and direct costs. Your team chooses what to import during setup.

What does SubLien write back to Procore?

SubLien does not modify Procore project, vendor, financial, insurance or document records. The connection creates only the OAuth and webhook registration needed to read authorized updates.

Does the side panel decide whether a vendor is compliant?

No. It shows the document record and the comparison against requirements your company configured. A person on your team reviews the source and records the conclusion.
